Join us on Good Friday, from 7 pm-8 pm, to reflect and remember the sacrifice of Christ on our behalf. This Tenebrae service centers on the cry of Jesus from the cross "My God, why have you forsaken me?" A Tenebrae service (Latin for "shadows”) features the gradual extinguishing of candles, symbolizing the approaching darkness of Christ's death. Each portion of the service is accompanied by music, readings, and prayer, encouraging deeper reflection on Christ's sacrifice and its meaning for our lives.
Children of all ages are welcome. Nursery care will be available for children under 4.
